What Ops Studio is

Ops Studio is a private marketing studio for one founder. It drafts LinkedIn posts and outreach in your voice, and nothing goes out until you approve it.

Ops Studio runs the whole LinkedIn motion for one founder: it writes posts in your voice, finds people who fit your buyer and runs outreach to them, brings every reply back to you, and schedules what you approve. Your part is a daily review. Every draft waits in a queue, and one tap approves, edits, or rejects it. Nothing is published and nothing is sent without that tap.

It is a managed service. There is no software to install and no dashboard to babysit. We set up your private studio, load it with your material, connect your accounts with you on one call, and hand you a working system. From then on you reach it in a private chat on your phone, by text or voice note, and in the studio app, where the day's work waits for your tap.

Where the drafts come from

The studio writes from what you already produce. Your calls, your notes, your past posts, and the replies that come back to what ships. That is why the drafts sound like you: they are built from things you have already said, and every correction you make teaches it your voice a little better.

Outreach follows the same rule. The studio finds people who match your buyer and screens out anyone you have barred or already work with. Then it writes a short warm-up sequence in your voice from your offers and your own words. You read the list and every message before anything starts, and a separate tap starts the campaign.

What else it makes

Every post arrives with a picture in your own brand: a card, a carousel, or a short animated loop. The studio can turn an idea into a lead magnet page on your own domain. Once your calendar is connected, its notetaker joins your calls, and you can keep it out of any call you choose. A summary of each call reaches you within minutes. You can also give it routines of your own, such as a Monday research round, and it runs them on your schedule under the same approval gate.

The approval gate

The gate is the design, and it exists because AI can make things up. Every post, every message, and every reply starts as a draft in your queue. You read it before anyone else ever will. The gate is welded into the system; no setting turns it off, and anything you never approved never leaves your studio.

One studio per founder

Each client gets a whole studio: its own locked account on the server, its own database, and its own connections to your accounts. No studio can read another. Your calls, drafts, and prospect lists live in a store no other client can reach. The details are written down in the Privacy Policy.

What it does not do

Who it is for

Founders who sell on their own name: consultants, coaches, fractional executives, agency owners. People whose pipeline depends on showing up consistently and reaching the right people, and whose weeks are already full of the actual work. If you post all month, miss a week, and go invisible, the studio is built for that exact failure.

FAQ

Is anything sent automatically?

No. Every post and every message waits in your approval queue until you tap approve. If you do nothing, nothing ships.

Does this kind of automation risk my LinkedIn account?

Ops Studio does not blast. Outreach runs as small campaigns to lists you approved: a profile view and a follow first, a connection request with no note, then a short sequence you signed off on, paced inside LinkedIn's limits. Anyone who replies leaves the sequence and comes to you.

What does Ops Studio cost?

There is no public price list. Pricing depends on scope and is discussed on a call.

Where does my data live?

In your own studio, on servers in the European Union, readable only by that studio's own account. The Privacy Policy says exactly what is held and how to have it deleted.

How do I start?

Book a demo. You will see a live studio run its loop, and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
