Ops Studio is a private working studio for one founder at a time. It writes and schedules their content, researches the people they want to reach, and keeps track of what they said and to whom. To do that it holds the founder's own material. This page says exactly what it holds, why, where it sits, and how to make it go away.
This policy is written for the person whose data it is. If a sentence here is not plain enough to act on, that is a fault worth telling us about.

Connecting a Google account is optional and takes one tap. It can be undone at any time. If it is connected, the studio reads, on that account only:
calendar.readonly) — so the studio knows
who the founder is meeting and when, and can tell them before the call.meetings.space.readonly) — so what the founder actually said in their own
calls can become their own posts. Google only produces a transcript when the founder's own
Google Workspace plan makes one; if it does not, nothing is read.If the founder also taps Allow booking, the studio can create calendar events
(calendar.events) — only to book a call the founder asked for, with a Google Meet
link and an invitation to the guests the founder named. Every booking waits for the founder's
own tap on Approve before anything is created or sent. The studio never edits or deletes the
founder's other events.
If the founder taps Allow email, the studio can send email from the founder's
own Gmail address (gmail.send) — only an email the founder approved. The studio writes
a draft, shows it with its recipient, subject and sending address, and sends that one email only
after the founder taps Approve. This permission can only send: the studio cannot read, search,
label or delete any message in the founder's Gmail. Google returns only the sent message's id,
kept as the receipt that it went. The founder can remove this access at any time in their Google
Account under Third-party apps. The studio asks for no other Google data — no Drive, no contacts.
Limited Use. Ops Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In plain terms: Google data is used only to provide the features above, to the founder whose account it is. It is not sold, not transferred to anyone else, not used for advertising, and not used to train any AI or machine-learning model. No human reads it except where the founder asks us to look at a specific problem, or where the law requires it.
To help a founder reach the right people, the studio records business contact information about prospects — name, role, employer, public professional profile, and what was said in an exchange. This is ordinary business-to-business contact data, kept for the founder whose studio it is. Anyone can ask us what we hold about them and have it removed; see Your rights.
If a founder's lead magnet asks for it, what a visitor submits goes to that founder's studio only.
A studio uses a small number of services to do its work, and only ever sends them what that job needs:
We may also disclose data where the law requires it. If that ever happens we will say so, unless we are forbidden from saying so.
Studios run on servers in the European Union (France), operated by Contabo GmbH. Each studio's written material is also kept in a private GitHub repository, and its nightly backup is encrypted with the studio's own key before it is stored there. Data in transit is encrypted. Each studio's files and database are readable only by that studio's own system account; credentials are stored with owner-only permissions and never committed to any code repository.
A studio keeps the founder's material for as long as the studio exists, because that history is the product: it is what lets the studio sound like them. When an engagement ends, or on request, we delete the studio and its data within 30 days. Backups roll off within a further 30 days.
Two ways, either is enough:
Access stops immediately. The studio drops the stored permission and asks to be reconnected rather than pretending to be connected. Anything already written down — a meeting it had already read, for example — is deleted on request.
Wherever you live, and in particular under the UK and EU GDPR, you may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our holding it. Write to nassim@opstudio.click and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
This website uses Google Analytics to understand which pages bring visitors and
whether they book a call. It sets Google's measurement cookies and reports usage to
Google under their privacy
policy. You can block it with any content blocker, or with Google's own
opt-out add-on,
and the site works exactly the same without it. The site also sets one first-party
cookie of its own, dl_attr, for 90 days: it remembers which link or ad first
and last brought you here (campaign tags and click ids in the address, and the referring
site), so that a booking or a subscription can be credited to the right source. It stays
on this site and is not shared with advertisers. The server also keeps a plain access
log: the page asked for, the referring site, and a truncated network address, with no
cookies in it. The studios themselves run no analytics and no tracking of any kind:
what your studio knows stays on your studio.
Ops Studio is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with a client's data, we will tell them directly rather than quietly changing this page. The effective date above always says which version is current.
